Send TNP Support Letters for HB 1415/SB 681!!!!

IT's TIME!
Right now, all of TNP’s and the APRN Alliance’s bills have been referred to committee, and the APRN Alliance and the Coalition for Health Care Access (e.g. our Full Practice Coalition) is working around-the-clock to push for a hearing on our bills. In the meantime, read below on what you can do to make your voice heard.
- Write a letter of support for HB 1415/SB 681 briefly stating your name, where you live and work, and why you support HB 1415/SB 681. Make sure to include a personal anecdote or patient story about how this legislation would help remove barriers to practice and care.
- Get someone in your community to write a letter of support for full practice (attorney, School Board member, business owner, City Councilperson, patient, etc.). Hearing from non-NPs shows legislators that there is wide support on this issue from the public.
Over the next couple of weeks, TNP, the APRN Alliance, and CHCA will hand deliver these letters of support to the Chairs of the Public Health Committee and the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, urging them to give our bills a hearing. So send us your letters -- let your voice be heard!
