Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fort Worth Fertility. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to our patients as they navigate their fertility journeys. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of helping families grow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients seeking fertility treatment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients about fertility options, procedures, and medication protocols.
• Provide compassionate support and counseling to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment while ensuring office protocols are being followed.Conducts examinations of patients to obtain information about their medical history and make recommendations about testing and treatment options Interprets diagnostic test results for deviations from normal and prescribes therapy or medication with physician approval
• Performs procedures and diagnostic testing as trained and needed by Dr. Kaufmann.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in reproductive medicine or women's health is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
