Mobile Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care) - Dallas, TX New

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Monday-Friday (Day Shifts)

Mobile Role: Travel up to 20-35 miles daily

Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care) to provide specialized care to patients across the Dallas area. This role involves traveling to patient locations and delivering high-quality wound care directly in their homes or residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and regular monitoring of wounds
• Perform wound debridement, cleaning, dressing, and bandaging
• Develop and manage individualized care plans to promote wound healing
• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document all treatments and progress in compliance with clinical standards
• Travel to 4-5 patient visits per day using a personal or company-provided vehicle
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) - Required
• Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Texas - Required
• Minimum 1-2 years of Wound Care Nurse Practitioner experience - Required
• Valid driver's license - Required
• Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and patient advocacy
