Who We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified NP with a valid Texas license.
• Strong in Internal Medicine, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Efficient & Organized, with confidence in coding and HER.
• Patient-First, always aiming for clarity, compassion, and follow-through.
• Collaborative, but independent — you know how to lead a visit and own the plan.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-tier primary care: physicals, diagnostics, medication management, patient education.
• Collaborate with Dr. Race and other team members to deliver coordinated, high-quality outcomes.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment that values autonomy, efficiency, and compassionate care.
• Learn, grow, and contribute to shaping the future of our practice.

What You’ll Get:

• $120K–$150K Base Salary including Performance Bonuses
