Position Description

Overview:  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team serving patients across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This unique opportunity allows for flexibility while making a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, patient-centered pain management in the long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:  Provide bedside assessments, evaluations, and treatment for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.Develop and implement individualized pain management care plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.Educate patients and caregivers on pain management techniques and safe medication use.Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a coordinated care team.Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Comply with all state and federal guidelines, including DEA regulations for controlled substance prescribing.


Qualifications:  Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.Active DEA license with full prescribing authority, including Schedule II-V medications.Prefer clinical experience in pain management with strong knowledge of pain management protocols, opioid safety, and risk mitigation strategies.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel in the DFW area.Ability to work independently in a mobile setting with a high level of autonomy.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.


Compensation:  Base pay plus per visit compensation model, competitive pay rates based on experience and visit volume.


Schedule:  Flexible scheduling based on availability and patient needs.
