Full Practice Coalition Launches Campaign Website

This year, the campaign for full practice authority (HB 1415/SB 681) is being led not just by nursing groups, but by a broad coalition of organizations supporting access to health care for Texans. That's why we created The Coalition for Health Care Access (CHCA). Last week CHCA launched its public campaign and website, Put Patients First Texas, and we hope you will share this site with your friends, family, and colleagues!

CHCA is comprised of a growing number of highly diverse organizations representing consumers, business, and a broad range of health care stakeholders. These groups have joined forces to remove unnecessary barriers to care and to allow APRNs to serve their patients more freely. Hopefully together, we will move full practice authority legislation HB 1415/SB 681 into the public discourse.
