North Texas Nurse Practitioners np of the year criteria
North Texas Nurse Practitioners selects a NP of the year each year. Nominations will be accepted throughout the year with the final deadline of November 30th for submission. The award committee will use the criterion sheet to objectively select the individual. NTNP asks the person nominating use the designated nomination form utilizing the criteria on the sheet. You can also obtain a CV from the person being nominated, but this is not mandatory. The person nominated must be a member in good standing in NTNP. The winner will receive $250 and a plaque for the honor. The person selected will be announced and honored at the December meeting annually. A person is eligible to win in consecutive years.
North Texas Nurse Practitioners volunteer of the year criteria
Any nurse practitioner in NTNP who volunteers their time throughout the year will be eligible. We ask any member who meets these criteria to submit their names along with a one page essay explaining how they volunteer their time in our community. A selection committee will chose the winner based on their submissions. Deadline for submission is November 30th. The person selected will be announced and honored at the December meeting every year and will receive $250.
