NTNP Grant to Clinics for the Uninsured

Dear Nurse Practitioners,

Attached is the  application for the grant we've given for years to clinics OR organizations serving the needy. It needs a home on our web site, but for now, we wanted to send each one of you a copy. The deadline for submission is September 30, 2012. We do favor applications from clinics in which our own NPs volunteer in some way but any worthy clinic or service organization is elegible. There is such great need  for service and NTNP wants to be a part of great efforts by supporting the good and needed work being done. Give this some thought and let Beth or Robert know if you have questions or need help completing this application.
